At present we have up to 70% coverage of the UK, where we can offer free broadband because we have taken control of the actual telephone lines and equipment from BT.

In places where BT retains control of the line we can provide up to 8Mbps Business Broadband but we have to charge for it.

Currently free broadband is only available on a single BT line and is subject to a minimum 12 month contract term.

Free broadband is only available when you sign up to one of our VoiceBand Packages, Solo, Duo or Trio.

Simply there is not one, all you need is a BT single line and be on a VoiceBand enabled exchange.

In basic terms a BT engineer goes to the exchange, unplugs the current line wiring and plugs it into our equipment.

The standard migration time is 10 working days, although this is not guaranteed as capacity and exchange issues may exist which are only realised during the migration period.
